These Terms & Conditions govern your use of Big Story and the purchase of personalized children's books from [COMPANY] (“we”, “us”). By placing an order you agree to these terms.

1. The product

Big Story sells personalized, made-to-order children's books. Each book is individually generated from the photo(s), name, and other details you provide, and is produced specifically for you.

2. Ordering process

• You upload photo(s) and personalization details and preview the result.
• An order is placed once payment is completed.
• We then generate the final artwork, print, and ship the book.
• We may refuse or cancel an order (with full refund) if content is unlawful or unsuitable.

3. Your photo & content rights

By uploading content you confirm that you own it or have permission to use it, and that you are the parent/guardian of any depicted child or have the guardian's consent. You grant us a limited licence to process the content solely to create and deliver your book.

4. Prices & payment

Prices are shown in EUR/PLN and include applicable VAT unless stated otherwise. Shipping costs are shown at checkout. Payment is processed by our payment provider.

5. Right of withdrawal (important)

Because our books are personalized and made to your specification, the standard 14-day right of withdrawal under EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU does not apply (Art. 16(c)). Please review your preview carefully before ordering. This does not affect your statutory rights regarding defective or damaged goods — see our Returns & Refunds policy.

6. Delivery

Delivery times and costs are described in our Shipping policy.

7. Intellectual property

The Big Story platform, book templates, illustrations, and text remain our intellectual property. You receive the personalized physical/digital book for personal, non-commercial use.

8. Liability

We are liable in accordance with applicable law. We are not liable for minor variations in colour or AI-generated likeness inherent to the personalization process, provided the product matches the approved preview in substance.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of [JURISDICTION], without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
